History

After almost 20 years’ in the formal Auditing and Accounting industry Jennifer chose to set up her own tax practice where she could focus her time on helping companies and individuals to maintain their compliant profiles at SARS, whether through providing relevant tax advice, or by liaising with SARS on their behalf through the objection and appeals process.

Having started her training at KH Financial Services under the guidance of Kurt Holdstock she advanced from reception to PA to the position of Tax Consultant.  During this time she qualified as Balance Sheet Bookkeeper through Varsity College, passing with Distinction.  As a result she started her professional qualification through ICSA as an Advanced Governance and Administration Professional where she attained second place in the Southern African exams for Taxation, passing with distinction.

When she was offered an opportunity to manage a tax team for Fraser Hopley Accounting Services in Kloof she jumped at the chance and mentored there for 6 years, predominantly under the guidance of Dennis Fraser until he retired.  It was during this time that she started her Post Graduate Certificate in Advanced Taxation through Pretoria University.

Having successfully completing her studies, and attaining the title Master Tax Practitioner through SAIT, she registered with SAIBA as an Accountant in Business Practice and ventured out on her own.
